Please check “Yes” in the “Special Issue” section (part 1 of submission form), and then specify “2025QPRC” in the “Special Issue Information” section of part 4 (Details & Comments). The deadline for submitting papers: September 30, 2025. Papers of interested authors will go through a peer review process.
